Reply balance agreement

This agreement covers prepaid AI replies purchased from Enroll Boost AI, LLC. It supplements your service agreement; these terms replace conflicting monthly usage-billing terms only when you accept them on the payment setup page.

Free trial

Your trial starts when your assistant is launched. It lasts seven days or 100 AI replies, whichever comes first. No card is required. When the trial ends, new AI replies pause until you set up payment and purchase replies. Incoming messages and staff access remain available.

Price and automatic refills

You purchase 100 AI replies for $50 ($0.50 per reply). If you authorize automatic refills, we request another $50 payment when your paid balance reaches 20 replies. Each captured payment adds 100 replies. This is prepaid usage, not a monthly subscription or a charge for replies already used.

What counts

One successfully sent AI conversation reply uses one credit, including an AI reply about booking. Incoming texts, staff messages, fixed reminders, failed sends, duplicate retries, and separate SMS segments do not use additional credits. A reply later confirmed failed is credited back.

Limits and failed payments

You may set a monthly purchase limit. The limit includes initial purchases and automatic refills and resets by calendar month in America/Chicago. A declined payment or exhausted limit prevents another refill. Your remaining replies can be used; new AI replies pause when the balance reaches zero. We notify you and retain incoming messages for staff.

Cancellation and balances

You may turn off future automatic refills through your private billing link or by contacting Cade. A payment already processing may finish. Purchased replies roll over and remain usable after automatic refills are disabled. Contact Cade about billing errors or a refund request; no automated refund is promised by this agreement.

Payment records

Intuit processes and stores payment credentials. EnrollBoostAI stores payment references, authorization records, and transaction history, not card numbers or security codes. You receive a receipt for each purchase. Acceptance records the version of these terms, the time, and your selected limit.
