One successful AI reply uses one credit. Incoming messages, staff texts, fixed reminders and failed sends don’t use credits. Dates use Central Time.

Buy once: Pay in QuickBooks, then return here and refresh. Credits appear after payment is confirmed.
Monthly plan: Email Cade your chosen level. QuickBooks will send a separate agreement for you to authorize monthly charges. Your credits are added after each successful payment.
Unused purchased replies roll over. Monthly plans bill on a schedule; they do not refill automatically when your balance runs low. You can buy extra replies anytime.
